A delighted client is what Nancy Thompson strives for during and at the conclusion of every search. She works continuously throughout the search process to understand a client's business and culture in order to successfully meet their talent needs and specific fit to effectively compliment the team and culture.
Prior to working in executive search, Nancy was in general management and national account sales for a global leader in the transportation and logistics industry. Her clients included Fortune Top Ten companies. In addition to her experience with complex global organizations, Nancy has worked with small family-owned businesses. Nancy has led both new business start-ups as well as business turnarounds.
Nancy earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Nancy joined Signature Search in September 2010. Her previous experience in executive search focused primarily on recruiting technical management and executive sales talent. Nancy manages the Green Bay, Wisconsin office and works with clients nationwide.
Along with a passion for attracting top talent for the clients of Signature Search, Nancy is committed to several volunteer organizations. She is the chair of the Attract and Retain Talent sub-committee for the New North. Inc., a consortium of business, economic development and education leaders in an 18-county region of Northeastern Wisconsin. Nancy is the President Nominee/Secretary of the Rotary Club of Green Bay. A strong proponent of educational opportunity, Nancy is a member of the Women's Fund of Greater Green Bay.
