Signature Search is a retained search firm whose philosophy and approach sets us apart. In reviewing our website, you already have a sense for our commitment, focus, and ability to consistently deliver results. We stand by this promise to our clients, and our fee schedule reinforces it.

By paying the first third of the total fee when you engage us in a project, you are getting our commitment to invest the time and energy necessary to deliver results. We manage our schedules with only a limited number of search engagements at one time to ensure that you are our top priority.

The remainder of the fee is paid when agreed-upon performance thresholds are met. This is a different approach from the traditional retained model, and our clients will tell you that it puts the appropriate emphasis on accountability and results.
