Holding a BS in human resources and labor relations from Indiana University, Chip spent 11 years in human resource and sales leadership with both domestic and international companies. This experience has given him valuable insight and perspective to accurately understand and assess clients' needs. Chip and Mike Mueller began working together in 1995 and spent the next five years developing and refining the process that is the basis for Signature Search. Chip manages the company's Raleigh, North Carolina office, and works with clients nationwide.
