Don Clark is a high-energy executive with over 17 years experience in Fortune 500 and start-up company environments. Don attributes much of his corporate success to attracting, retaining, and coaching talented employees. As a leader, he understands that a company's employees are its most valuable asset, and has experienced first-hand the challenges of corporate recruiting. It is, in fact, the recognition of these significant challenges that led Don to the executive search business.
Prior to joining Signature Search as a senior consultant, Don worked for Constellation Energy Projects & Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: CEG) as vice president of business development. He was recruited to this position directly by the group CEO to lead a significant expansion strategy. During Don's tenure, the company saw tremendous growth including a $110 MM project that he was personally responsible for.
Don was president of HVAC Alliance, Inc. before this. As one of the founders of this startup business, Don was responsible for investor relations, business planning, and strategy. The company grew quickly by forming strategic alliances with many leading manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning industry.
